I've never shopped at the Adidas online store but suddenly there are multiple charges to my Paypal account. I call Adidas customer service, they confirm they have the orders and will flag them as fraud and take care of it. When more Adidas charges appear, I call again. They tell me the orders are going to Texas, I tell them that's not where I live and the orders are fraud. They put me on hold, transfer, hang up.
They provided info to PayPal that the orders were shipped to my address in Colorado, but the shipments actually went to Texas - the FedEx tracking confirms they went to Texas and were delivered. Adidas refuses to refund my money, Paypal refuses to do anything because they think the items were shipped to my address.
Adidas should never have shipped the orders in the first place since I reported the fraud. Not only did they ship those orders, they took multiple NEW orders and shipped those too, then they lied to PayPal about where they were going to make the transactions look legit. It's like they want criminals to use their site to steal.
I am experiencing horrible customer service with Adidas, and I don't know where else to turn but social media.
I ordered four items from the Adidas Ivy Park line. When my box arrived, nothing was right - my shoes were the wrong size (by four sizes,) and two of my items were missing.
I've called the Adidas customer support line four times. I called twice on Thursday, November 5th, and sent photos of the box and contents, but I was told there would be no way I could get any of my items replaced, and that they could not confirm I would even get my money back. They said they would be opening a case to see where my items would have gone.
I was told someone from the company would be calling me back to help. That never happened. I was told I would receive an email about being put on an inventory list, so I might get what I ordered. That never happened.
I sent two follow up emails regarding other packages I'd seen online, and I received no response.
Other packages my friends and family received had tamper proof tape on them. Mine had none.
I called back on Tuesday and my case had not moved anywhere. No one had looked at my emails. No one had inquired yet with USPS to see where my items might have gone.
I was told my case was then "being sent to another department for review." The customer service rep told us it was PDX but couldn't tell us what that meant.
I was told that no supervisors could speak with me. Once I was told they were in a meeting, and another time I was told there were no supervisors.
I don't know what to do next. I spent a great deal of money on this order. No one in your customer service department can offer me a refund, or a replacement of items, I am unable to speak to any supervisors who might be able to help.
Your customer service department seems more intent on getting off the phone with me than resolving my issue or helping me.
I have complied with all of Adidas's requests.

I love everything from this brand. I use their stuff for a few years and all this time I can't stop enjoy their products!

I ordered from the company directly and they had no problems at all taking my $200 and then I never received my shoes. I emailed and since I got no response I called them. Nice lady said we don’t track down items or give refunds on missing items. So they can take your money and not make sure the shoes got to the correct location, wow. To bad many people will get screwed over by this company. Take the money but we get no product
T-shirts bobble, shoes fall apart, just overall a bad company
Adidas has pushed racism in the country through their showing of children shouting no justice no peace suggesting that justice is synonymous with one race being put in jail. Disgusting. And their brand is crap
I really got mad after my order through adidas.com delayed three times and keep getting delay notification instat of my pakage! What a disresponsiblity and bad sences, i recived my order in 11 days instate of 4 days that i told when i submet my order. I could get it 2 dollars cheaper and in 2 days if i ordered it by amazon. But i thought it will be beter experience if i go with the oregin sorce which is a big not a true. So i gave them 0/5
Great selection of sports clothing! Everything is high quality, and clothing designs are both cute and functional. Especially love how breathable some of their gym tops are! They also have quite nice backpacks that can be used on an everyday basis, and are sturdy + spacious
Amazing products from shoes to bags and outfits Adidas always comes with trendy and quality collections, As an old consumer of this brand I will suggest to people that none of the brands can beat Adidas in sports gear and outfits. Adidas is an unbeatable brand!
I was just duped into browsing the Adidas website for two hours, selecting 3 items to buy, and liking many others for future purchases, thinking I'd get a 30% discount for being a nurse, but it's a disgusting PR stunt! When I proceeded to check out, when I entered the "promo code" that I also had to spend 15 minutes verifying in a 3rd party website (ID verify) that I was a nurse, the "discount" line in the totals changed to "30% off" but the total and shipping were the exact same! Be aware that Adidas is only concerned with pretending to care about those whom they offer these fictitious discounts to, for good PR, but just taking a moment to review your order, once you're conned into browsing their site, will show you how full of it they think we are!
I placed my order on 11/30/20 and it is now 1/13/21. I have called Adidas over 15 times and its the same crap. A manager will call you, no refund available, you will get package tomorrow, etc. I wish I found these reviews before ordering. This has to be the worst company I have dealt with and to be a company with a well established brand this is a big disappointment
Ordered shoes for Christmas gift - took 5 weeks to arrive (not the fault of adidas). Shoes didn’t fit so I called for an exchange because their website doesn’t list that style in the size I need - was told to call back in a few days. Called again a week later, was told the same thing (shoe in correct size not in stock) so I just requested a different shoe in the correct size - I mean they have like 19 versions of the same shoe but they can’t do exchanges like that apparently. Was told to call back again in a few days to see if shoe was in stock. So now four hours of my life and three phone calls later (their hold times are ridiculous, but I’ll give them grace because of Covid) I am told to return the incorrect size and to repurchase a different shoe for $60 more. What terrible service. Won’t purchase adidas again.
The most dishonest company I’ve ever dealt with. We placed an order on November 25th expecting to surprise our son with a pair of cleats in the hopes of a football season without Covid and cancelations. It is now December 30th and we’ve called multiple times, asked for a refund to move on and been met with only unfulfilled promises that “the items will arrive tomorrow.” Tomorrow has never come. This has been a beyond disappointing year and if there were ever a time for a company to actually care for its customers more deeply Adidas failed. I will never shop with them again, I’m deeply offended and you should say far away!
